Job Title: Full-Time Housekeeper
Location: Banstead, Surrey
Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Start Date: As soon as possible

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to manage the day-to-day upkeep of a private household in Banstead, Surrey. This is a long-term, permanent position for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• General housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning
• Laundry and ironing, including care for delicate fabrics
• Bed making and linen changes
• Organising wardrobes and cupboards
• Grocery shopping and managing household supplies
• Occasional meal preparation or help with food prep (optional)
• Light pet care
• Ensuring the home is well-presented at all times

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a private household preferred
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy
• Good communication skills
• Right to work in the UK
• DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
