Lovely family based in Dogmersfield seek experienced part time housekeeper 17 hours per week over 3 or 4 visits.
Due to location a car owner/driver is essential. Must also be good with dogs and happy to engage with children.
The role includes working within 3 properties which sit close to each other on a beautiful country estate.
7 hours will be over 2 visits within 1 property ideally Tuesday and Wednesday. The other hours split over the other 2 homes are open with the days that are worked but the housekeeper can go directly from one home to another is a longer working day is needed. .
The role is housekeeping and cleaning and will include hoovering, ironing, dusting , cleaning internal windows and glass – removing finger prints or streaks. Cobweb removal and cleaning up any mud or leaves in the hall.
The main role of 7 hours is to assist within a beautiful family home and work as a team member with Mum who will often be around and doing her share of the work. There is almost no washing of clothes within this part of the job as laundry will just be towels, bed linens and teatowels etc – however, ironing clothes and bedlinen which will need to be put away after being pressed.
There will also be other tasks like sweeping and mopping floors, loading and unloading the dishwasher and topping up of kitchen towel, toilet tissues, soaps etc.
The home is a busy modern one and the family are keen to find someone who will engage with them as a family and really enjoy coming in to work. The start time will be 9am and finish by 2pm.
The other 2 homes require cleaning and help with housekeeping. Start and finish times flexible.
The family requires an immediate start and is looking for someone who has experience of working within a professional capacity as housekeeper and cleaner.
Must have a DBS in place and excellent references from previous families.
£14.00 gross per hour the housekeeper will need to be self -employed.
