Lovely new role with an immediate start for a professional family with a stunning property just a few minutes from the A30.   Monday and Thursday only.

Experienced professional housekeeper/ commercial cleaner needed for a beautiful modernised 4 bedroomed home in Hartley Wintney and offices based 5 minutes away.

Monday 5 hours at the house and 1.5 hours at the office.

Thursday 3 hours at the house and 1.5 hours at the office. 

The hk and cleaning role will  include an additional 4 hours per week of cleaning their offices which are located 5 – 6 minutes’ drive away on the A30.  This can be done in the evenings from 4.45 – 6.45pm ideally on the same days but this can be discussed and agreed on. OR  if it’s easier to clean on a different day or starting very early in the morning at the office and head to the house afterwards. the family are open to discussion .

The ideal candidate will be local to Hartley Wintney and be self- employed with a DBS and references from previous clients.  They will ideally need to be happy to engage with both the home and office part of the job. The family are friendly and welcoming and are looking for a trustworthy person who has an eye for detail and takes great satisfaction in their work. There will be no micromanagement or lists so the housekeeper will need to be able to work independently.

Due to location a car owner/driver is essential.

A Non- smoker/ vaper is also important.

The family are paying £15.00 gross per hour .

There is no childcare, no cooking and no pets to care for , although there is a small friendly dog within the home who will come and go during the day as he goes to work with the family.

The property is located just off the A30 at Hartley Wintney and is a beautifully modernised and recently refurbished cottage and entertainment suite within the annex which is accessed through a small glass walkway. The home has been decorated with a relaxed, family friendly feel and the family are neat and tidy and like things to be put away after use so most work floors and work surfaces are clear for cleaning.

The family need full support with cleaning, mopping and cleaning the floors, laundry including bedding and towels, ironing and putting away afterwards. The family would love to find someone who will stay long term and will fall in love with their home and caring for it so it’s always looking its best.

Deep cleaning of the bathrooms and en suite shower rooms and descaling taps and towel face cloth refresh.  Dishwasher loaded and unloaded.  Window sills wiped . finger prints removed from any windows or mirrors.

The housekeeper will be needed to empty bins and recycling and keep on top of cleaning inside the fridge and disposing of out of date food. Keeping the kitchen surfaces clean and clear and wiping inside the microwave.

There will be a grocery shop delivered which can be put away and toilet rolls and tissues topped up in the bathrooms and bedrooms.

The family are professionals and run their own business which has offices just a few minutes away. they would  ideally like the office cleaning to be done by the same person and included as part of the role.

The offices are modern open plan and have a kitchen and staff cloakroom. There is also a reception area and board room which needs to be cleaned. Bins emptied and desks wiped.  All cleaning equipment will be provided and left at the offices.

The role starts early November 2019.
