Our lovely client in Wandsworth, South West London are looking for a full time Nanny for their 2 children aged 6 months and 2.
They require someone who is experienced, warm, positive, fun and relaible, and who can engage with the children and assist with their development and milestones. They need someone who is confident to work alone, but also happy to care for the children alongside Mum. The family need someone caring and creative, who can build a strong bond with both children and provide an exceptional level of care for them both.
Duties will include:
Feeding and changing the baby
Ensuring nap routines are adhered to
Planning and setting up age appropriate activities for their development
Potty training for the toddler
Sterilising bottles for the baby
Children's laundry
Ensuring children's play area is clean and tidy
Preparing a variety of healthy meals for the toddler
Teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene & manners
Taking the children to any classes or clubs for example swimming, baby massage
Providing activities such as creative arts, crafts, music, reading and other learning opportunities
Showing the children qualities such as love, patience, positivity and kindness
Candidate requirements
- Professional qualified Nanny OR more than 5 years experience with a similar age
- English speaking
- Good communication skills
- First Aid certificate
- Up to date References will be required
- Experience with Newborns or young babies.
- Happy to work alongside mum.
- Someone who is happy to babysit occasionally
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am until 4pm
Salary: £16 - £18 per hour
Start: October 2023
