Job Title: Part-Time Nanny
Location: High Wycombe
Position Type: 3 days a week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
7.30am till 7pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and nurturing Part-Time Nanny to care for our children in High Wickham. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, a warm and engaging personality, and the ability to create a safe and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities:
Child Care: Provide attentive and high-quality care for children aged [specify age] during the agreed-upon three days a week.
Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times. This includes implementing safety measures and being vigilant to potential hazards.
Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the children, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences.
Activities and Play: Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, games, and outings to stimulate the children's physical, social, and intellectual development.
Routine Maintenance: Establish and maintain a daily routine that includes naps, meals, and playtime to provide structure and consistency for the children.
Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children, such as cleaning up after meals, organizing play areas, and doing the laundry, dusting and keeping the home clean and tidy.
Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with the parents regarding the children's activities, development, and any concerns that may arise.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a nanny or in a childcare role.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
Must have reliable transportation. and a clean driving licence.
Working Hours:
- Three days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)
- 7.30am till 7pm
