Live in Nanny needed for family in Chobham, Surrey

Our UHNW client in Chobham, Surrey is looking for a live in Housekeeper for their busy home in Chobham, Surrey. They have a separate annex with kitchen and bathroom for living accommodation. 

Role Overview: The Live-In Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of our home, as well as assisting with light household duties to support our family's daily routine. This position offers the opportunity to live in a comfortable and supportive environment while playing a vital role in the smooth running of our household.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Housekeeping:

   • Performing thorough cleaning tasks throughout the home, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
   • Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common living areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
   • Changing bed linens, making beds, and ensuring bedrooms are tidy and organized.
   • Managing laundry duties, including washing, ironing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
   • Handling special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or organizing closets and storage spaces.

2. Household Support:

   • Assisting with meal preparation and kitchen cleanup, including washing dishes, countertops, and kitchen appliances.
   • Running errands such as grocery shopping, collecting packages, and other household-related tasks.
   • Coordinating household supplies and inventory, restocking essential items as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeper, preferably in a live-in capacity, with a strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated and reliable, with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
• Warm and friendly demeanor, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
