Full time nanny - Esher

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Housekeeper/Nanny to provide exceptional childcare services. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. This role involves not only supervising children but also engaging them in activities that promote their development and well-being.

Children are 7 and 4 years and at school locally.

Must be a driver ( car provided )

Hours

Monday to Friday

7am till 7pm ( will negotiate on hours)

Salary

£40k t0 £48k depending on experience

Duties
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Plan and implement educational activities that stimulate learning and creativity.
- Assist with homework and educational tasks, fostering a love for learning.
- Prepare meals and snacks, ensuring they are nutritious and cater to dietary requirements.
- Drive children to various activities, appointments, or school as needed.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children, helping them navigate their feelings and social interactions.
- Engage in playtime activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development.
- Keep the children's living areas tidy and organised.

Keeping the home clean and organised in the gap in the day whilst the children are at school. Cooking, Laundry, Ironing, bedding changes, making sure rooms are clean and tidy.

Requirements
- Previous experience in childcare or nannying is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English is essential
- A valid driver's licence is required for transporting children safely.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A nurturing attitude with a genuine passion for educating and caring for children.
- Ability to create engaging activities tailored to children's interests and developmental stages.
- Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate family needs.
