Alton Nanny required

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Nanny to provide exceptional childcare for our family. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for educating and engaging children, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering a stimulating environment. This role requires someone who is not only responsible but also creative, with the ability to incorporate educational activities into daily routines.

Children are aged 7 and 4 years and both at the same school

They are fun loving and energetic boys that will need a fun nanny.

Hours - Tuesday and Thursday 8 hours per day

Total 16 hours per week

Salary - £17/18gph

Duties
- Supervise and care for children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Plan and engage in educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Assist with homework and educational tasks, ensuring children understand their lessons.
- Prepare meals and snacks.
- Organise playdates and outings to encourage social interaction.
- Maintain a clean and organised play area, ensuring toys and materials are safe and suitable for use.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Drive children to school, activities, or appointments as required.

Requirements
- Proven experience in nannying or childcare roles is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly disposition.
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to create a fun, engaging, and educational atmosphere for children.
- First Aid certification is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to obtain it is required.
- References from previous childcare positions will be requested.
