Housekeeper/Nanny required Lewes, E Sussex

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Housekeeper/Nanny to provide care of a beautiful family home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the children while engaging them in fun and educational activities. The children are 5 and 7 years and they are both home schooled. There is no need for the candidate to have an education background as mum takes care of the schooling. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks, including meal preparation and household duties, to support the family's needs. There will be cooking, cleaning, laundry and organising.

Duties

• Supervise and engage with children in play and educational activities
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
• Assist with homework and educational projects
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Perform light household chores, such as tidying up after meals and playtime
• Manage laundry and wardrobes
• Keep the home to a clean standard

Skills

• Strong cooking skills to prepare healthy meals for children
• Experience in a busy family home
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask effectively while prioritising keeping the home organised

Hours: 3 days per week

10am till 6pm

The hours and days can be flexible for the right candidate

Salary: £17/18gph

Must be a driver as the home is remote to access
