We are seeking a caring and responsible Housekeeper/Nanny to provide exceptional childcare for our family. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nurturing and educating children, ensuring their safety and well-being while engaging them in fun and educational activities. This role requires someone who can drive, has experience in both Nannying and housekeeper

The role will suit a reliable and kind person that is experienced working with a family. Both parents have a full time job and are busy so they need a candidate that will arrive and clean and tidy the house then collect the children and support them with a fun and engaging afternoon. Cook tea and keep everything running smoothly. This is a wonderful position for a kind and caring candidate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Plan and engage in educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Prepare meals and snacks for the children, adhering to any dietary requirements.
• Assist with homework and provide support in various subjects as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organised environment, including tidying up after activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children's progress and any concerns.
• Drive children to school, extracurricular activities, or playdates when necessary.
• Foster a positive relationship with the children, encouraging good behaviour and social skills.
• Keep the home clean and tidy before school collection

Hours: Monday to Friday

12.30pm till 7.30pm

total of 6 hours per day

Salary:

£17gph

Qualifications

• Proven experience in childcare or nannying is preferred.
• Ability to drive with a valid driver's licence is essential.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• A nurturing attitude with a passion for educating children through play and structured activities.
