A lovely family in Sevenoaks is seeking an experienced, caring, and reliable After School Nanny to care for their two children aged 4 and 7 years old.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a nanny who enjoys building strong relationships with children, creating fun and engaging afternoons, and becoming a valued part of a family on a long-term basis.

Hours

Term Time

• Monday, Tuesday & Friday
• 2:00pm – 7:00pm

School Holidays

• Monday, Tuesday & Friday
• 8:00am – 7:00pm

The Role

The first hour of each afternoon will be dedicated to light housekeeping and preparing for the children's return from school.

You will then collect the children from school and take responsibility for their afternoon and evening routine, ensuring they are happy, engaged, and well cared for.

Duties will include:

• School pick-ups
• Preparing the children's tea
• Supporting homework where required
• Planning fun, age-appropriate activities
• Encouraging outdoor play, creativity, and learning
• Light housekeeping duties
• Children's laundry and bedroom organisation
• Keeping play areas tidy and organised
• Supporting the smooth running of the household

During school holidays, you will have the opportunity to plan enjoyable days for the children, including outings, activities, crafts, baking, and outdoor adventures.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous nanny experience
• Warm, energetic, and engaging personality
• Full UK driving licence and confident driver
• Reliable, organised, and proactive
• Enjoys planning activities and spending quality time with children
• Excellent references
• Looking for a long-term position
