Hummingbird Homestaff Ltd is looking for a warm, caring, and reliable Housekeeper / Nanny to support a lovely family in Coulsdon.

The family are looking for someone who will become a trusted extra pair of hands within the home — someone with a nurturing, “auntie-like” approach who genuinely enjoys helping children and supporting family life.

The role involves a mixture of housekeeping and childcare for a lovely 6-year-old girl, including school pick-ups, preparing meals, and creating a calm and happy environment after school.

Duties will include:

• General housekeeping and keeping the home tidy
• Cleaning, laundry, and household organisation
• Cooking and preparing family meals
• School pick-up for a 6-year-old girl
• Keeping her entertained and engaged after school
• Preparing and serving her dinner
• Occasional overnight care (arranged in advance)

Position Details:

• Location: Coulsdon, South London
• Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
• Hours: 1pm – 6pm
• Start: ASAP

Requirements:

• Must be a driver with own transport
• Must hold a DBS or be willing to obtain one
• Child-friendly, caring, and dependable
• Confident managing both housekeeping and childcare duties
• Previous nanny or housekeeping experience preferred
• Excellent references required
