Housekeeper – Sevenoaks

Hummingbird HomeStaff are delighted to be recruiting for a wonderful Housekeeper to join a lovely household in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Hours: 9am–3pm, 3 days per week
Days: Any 3 days per week
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent

This is a beautiful home where the successful candidate will play an important role in keeping the household running smoothly and ensuring the home is maintained to a high standard.

Duties will include:

• Full housekeeping and cleaning of the home
• Laundry and ironing
• Meal preparation and helping with simple family meals
• Grocery shopping and household errands
• Taking in parcels and deliveries
• General organisation and upkeep of the home
• Ensuring the household is well maintained and running smoothly
• Being a trusted pair of hands for the family

The family have cats, so it is essential that you are comfortable and happy having cats in the home. A love of horses would also be a lovely bonus, although this is not essential.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced in private housekeeping
• Naturally organised and takes pride in their work
• Reliable, trustworthy and discreet
• Happy to work independently and use their initiative
• Warm, friendly and approachable
• Comfortable around cats
• Ideally someone who enjoys country living and has an interest in horses

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Housekeeper who enjoys taking pride in a beautiful home and becoming a trusted part of a household.
