We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support a busy family in their Farnham home. This is a rewarding, long-term role for someone who takes pride in creating an organised, well-presented home environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• General housekeeping – ensuring the home is tidy, clean and well-presented
• Cleaning floors – vacuuming, sweeping and mopping; dusting skirtings
• Laundry and ironing
• Making beds and arranging fresh towels
• Clearing away after meals
• Organising cupboards, wardrobes, pantries and fridge; keeping them clean and ordered
• Dusting, polishing and keeping surfaces spotless
• Sweeping patios when required and keeping the front entrance dust-free
• Organising bins and recycling for collection days
• Creating and following a weekly housekeeping plan to ensure the whole house is covered
• Running occasional errands (e.g., dry cleaning, posting)

Hours:

• 30/35 hours per week
• Schedule to be agreed with the family

Pay:

£18 – £20 per hour (gross)

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven housekeeping experience within private homes
• Excellent organisational skills and a systematic approach to tasks
• A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
• Trustworthy, reliable and able to work independently
