Full Time Nanny share

Nanny Share – 3 Babies (1 on the Way) – Monday to Friday, 7:00am–7:00pm

Two lovely families, who are neighbours, are seeking a warm, experienced, and nurturing nanny to care for their three little ones (including a baby on the way) in a loving home environment. This is a wonderful nanny-share opportunity, looking after the children in one of the homes, offering stability, care, and a structured day for the babies.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 7:00pm

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be experienced with babies and toddlers, patient, and proactive, providing attentive and loving care throughout the day. You will support routines, play, meals, and sleep, ensuring the children are happy, safe, and thriving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full care for three babies, including feeding, changing, naps, and playtime
• Establishing and following routines for the children
• Age-appropriate developmental activities and stimulation
• Light household duties related to the children (tidying toys, cleaning up after meals)
• Communicating effectively with both families about the children’s day and needs

Candidate Requirements:

• Significant experience caring for babies and toddlers
• Calm, nurturing, and patient personality
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organised
• Happy to follow routines and provide developmental support
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with both families
• Trustworthy, discreet, and proactive
