Live in Nanny role - Baby nanny Byfleet

Lovely family in West Byfleet looking for full time/ Live in Nanny for their new baby

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Nanny to provide exceptional childcare for our client. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. You will be responsible for engaging with the children in a variety of activities that promote their development while ensuring their wellbeing. The baby is aged 10 months so must be experienced with this age and have ability to live in with the family. They do provide a private cottage. Mum is returning to full time work.

Duties

• Supervise and ensure the safety of child at all times.
• Plan and engage in educational and recreational activities that stimulate learning and creativity.
• Assist with educational tasks, fostering a love for learning.
• Prepare meals and snacks, ensuring they meet dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness in play areas and assist with tidying up after activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
• Provide transportation to and from activities as needed (a valid driving licence is required).
• Encourage positive behaviour
• light housekeeping

Requirements

• Prior experience in nannying or childcare is essential.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
• Ability to educate children through engaging activities and play.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• A valid driving licence is essential for transporting children.
• First Aid certification is an advantage.
• Must be DBS checked

£40,000 to £45,000 per annum depending on experience
