Job Title: Live-In Couple – Housekeeper & Home Maintenance (Private Formal Residence)

Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Salary: £80,000 per annum (combined salary, DOE)
Accommodation: Private self-contained apartment (all bills included)

About the Role:

A prestigious private residence in Weybridge, Surrey is seeking a professional live-in couple to support the smooth running of a large, formal household. One partner will take responsibility for the full housekeeping duties within the home, while the other will manage the driving, maintenance and property care outside.

This is a long-term, full-time opportunity offering stability, excellent accommodation, and a respectful, well-managed household environment. A private apartment with all bills covered is provided, as well as a vehicle for work use.

Key Responsibilities ; Housekeeper Duties:

• Daily and deep cleaning across the home
• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management
• Care of fine furnishings, surfaces, and antiques
• Light meal prep or cooking if required
• Household organisation and occasional errands
• Liaising with tradespeople, deliveries, and suppliers

Maintenance/Gardener Duties:

• Routine gardening: lawn care, weeding, planting, hedge trimming
• Maintenance of driveways, patios, and external areas
• General household maintenance: painting, minor repairs, DIY
• Managing refuse/recycling, external contractors, and vehicle upkeep
• Monitoring property security and assisting with seasonal upkeep

Ideal Couple Profile:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in similar live-in roles within private households
• Strong housekeeping skills and property/garden maintenance experience
• Discreet, trustworthy, proactive, and self-sufficient
• UK driving licences (car provided)
• Enhanced DBS checks (or willingness to obtain)
• Right to work in the UK and excellent checkable references
