Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented part-time housekeeper to help maintain the smooth running of our family home. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, be organised, and have high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• General housekeeping duties: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning
• Deep cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms
• Laundry and ironing
• Changing bed linens and towels
• Organisation of wardrobes, cupboards, and storage areas
• Running errands (e.g., grocery shopping, dry cleaning) if required
• Occasional light meal preparation (optional, depending on candidate preference)
• Managing household supplies (stock checks and restocking)

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience in private households or hotels
• Trustworthy, discreet, and professional
• Good communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Non-smoker
• Enhanced DBS check preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• References from previous employers

Salary:
Competitive and dependent on experience
