Part-Time Housekeeper/Nanny (Live-In Option)
Location: Kensington, London
Salary: £19,500 gross per annum (part-time)
Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 7:00am – 1:00pm

Overview

A warm and welcoming family based in Kensington is seeking a reliable and proactive Housekeeper/Nanny to support the smooth running of their home and help care for their two young children (both under the age of two). This is a part-time position with the option of private accommodation, and there is flexibility to expand the role into a full-time position through a Nanny share if desired.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Duties:

Full laundry care (washing, ironing, folding)
Making beds and maintaining tidy bedrooms
General cleaning and upkeep of the home
Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
Stocking cupboards and managing household supplies

Nanny Support:

Assisting with the care of two children under two
Supporting with outings such as trips to parks and local clubs
Helping maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment

Cooking:

Preparing simple, healthy meals for the family (important requirement)
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a similar Housekeeper/Nanny role
Confident caring for young children
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proactive, trustworthy, and discreet
Comfortable with both childcare and housekeeping duties
Good cooking skills (essential)
