Housekeeper / Nanny – Shepherd’s Bush, London

Hours: Monday to Friday - 1.30pm till 7.30pm - 30 hours per week
Salary: £20 gross per hour

About the role:
A busy and welcoming family in Shepherd’s Bush are seeking a professional, experienced Housekeeper/Nanny to help keep their household running smoothly.

The position is predominantly housekeeping-focused, with some childcare support in the afternoons. The family have two polite and active children aged 11 and 8 years, who require school collections and a caring presence at home afterwards.

This role would suit someone who is calm, organised, proactive, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-managed household.

Key responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning, tidying, and maintaining all household areas to a high standard
• Laundry and ironing – managing family clothing, linens, and wardrobes
• Cooking healthy family meals (especially evening tea for the children)
• Keeping kitchen and household supplies stocked and organised
• School collection for two children (aged 11 and 8 years)
• Ensuring the home runs smoothly and efficiently day to day

About you:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a private household as a Housekeeper or Housekeeper/Nanny
• Proven ability to manage household tasks independently with high attention to detail
• Confident cook able to prepare healthy family-style meals
• Right to work in the UK is essential
• Warm, reliable, and discreet with excellent references
• Friendly, child-aware, and comfortable supporting older children after school
