Part Time Nanny in Tonbridge

Job Title: Nanny – £18–£20 per hour

Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Salary: £18–£20 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – 7:15am to 6:15pm

About the Role:
We are a friendly family in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, looking for an experienced and caring nanny to support us with our 2-year-old child during the day. Our 5-year-old attends school, but we would love someone who can occasionally engage both children when needed. The role also includes light household duties and meal preparation, including cooking and batch cooking, ideally involving the children in age-appropriate ways. There is a family dog, and dog walking can be included if desired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing attentive and nurturing care for a 2-year-old child
• Supporting daily routines including meals, naps, playtime, and activities
• Assisting with light household duties
• Cooking and batch cooking meals, ideally including the children in preparation
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment
• Optional dog walking

Requirements:

• Previous nanny or childcare experience (toddler experience essential)
• Good English communication skills
• Full right to work in the UK
• Reliable, trustworthy, and organised
• Warm, patient, and proactive approach

Desirable:

• Paediatric First Aid certification
• Relevant childcare qualifications
• Experience cooking for children and batch cooking
• Comfort with pets
