Pay: £18–£20 gross per hour

Hummingbird Homestaff Ltd is seeking an experienced, caring Mother’s Help to support a lovely family in Andover. This role is ideal for someone confident with babies and happy to assist with both childcare and light household duties.

The family has twins aged 3 months and a 2-year-old daughter. Mum requires hands-on support, including periods of sole charge of the babies, so proven experience with infants and multiple children is essential.

Role Responsibilities

• Supporting mum with daily childcare routines
• Sole care of the babies when required
• Caring for a toddler alongside infant care
• Preparing simple meals/food for the family
• Managing laundry and keeping children’s areas tidy
• General light household support

About You

• Strong experience caring for babies and young children (twins experience a plus)
• Calm, confident and reliable
• Happy to work alongside a parent and independently
• Organised and proactive
• Pet-friendly (family has a dog)
• Right to work in the UK

Schedule

• Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
• 15 hours per week

Pay

• £18–£20 gross per hour, depending on experience
