Salary: £20 per hour
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday – 1:00pm to 9:00pm
About the Role:
We are a warm and welcoming family in Chelmsford seeking an experienced, reliable, and caring nanny to support us with our newborn and our 2-year-old child. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about childcare and enjoys being part of a busy household.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing attentive and nurturing care for a newborn and a toddler
- Supporting daily routines including feeding, naps, and playtime
- Engaging the children in age-appropriate, stimulating activities
- Assisting with light household duties related to the children
- Helping with the general day-to-day running of the home
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment
Requirements:
- Previous nanny or childcare experience (newborn experience essential)
- Valid First Aid certification
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Full right to work in the UK
- Reliable, trustworthy, and organised
- Proactive and able to work independently
Desirable:
- Relevant childcare qualifications
- Experience caring for multiple young children
- Positive, calm, and patient nature
