Our Introduction Service
A Consistent, Personal Approach
We are an introduction Agency and we will find one candidate to work with you and your family to suit your requirements, rather than a continuous stream of carers on a daily/weekly basis, which can for many of our elderly clients, become extremely confusing and upsetting.
Understanding Employer Responsibilities
As an introduction agency, this will confirm the client as the employer, and that they are classed as the employer of the Companion/Housekeeper, and will therefore be solely responsible for their tax, National Insurance and pension contributions along with their own employers contributions.
Guidance and Ongoing Support
As part of our service and commitment to our clients and families, Hummingbird Home Support provide all new clients with all the relevant information and support needed in order to ensure that they are able to easily set up payroll for their employee and provide contract of employment through our recommended Payroll specialist company Way2Paye.
They will also receive any and as much advise needed regarding employees sickness and holiday entitlement etc, along with full legal advise if and when needed.
